1. Return Window
Buyer’s Remorse:You have the right to request a return or exchange of the product within14 daysfrom the date of receiving the order.
In case of manufacturing defects or damage:The return period extends to30 daysfrom the date of receipt, in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection law.
2. Item Condition Required for ReturnTo accept a return request, the following conditions must be met for the product:
General products and household appliances:The product must be in its original condition (new and unused), with all accessories inside the original packaging, along with proof of purchase (invoice).
Personal care products and cosmetics:For health and safety reasons, the packaging must becompletely sealed in the original factory packagingand not opened or used in any way (except in the case of proven manufacturing defects).
Non-returnable products:Products that have been opened or used (without manufacturing defects), products that have been damaged due to misuse, and internationally shipped orders.
3. Return Method and StepsReturns are processed via mail/shipping companies by following these steps:

Please provide us with your order number, reason for return, and a clear picture of the product (in case of damage or manufacturing defect).
Your request will be reviewed within 48 business hours, and once approved, we will send a shipping company representative to collect the product from your address, or direct you to the nearest shipping company branch to deliver it.
4. Return Fees & Restocking Costs
Restocking Fee:We do not charge any fees for restocking returned products (0.00 EGP).
Return shipping cost in case of (change of mind/buyer’s remorse):The customer bears the actual cost of shipping the returned product.
Return shipping cost in case of (manufacturing defect/wrong product):RÊVÉE bears all shipping and return costs in full.
5. استرداد الأموال (Refunds)
Once we receive the returned product in our warehouses and inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions, we will send you a notification of approval for the refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD):The refunded amount will be transferred to you via (bank transfer, e-wallet, or InstaPay app) within 3 to 5 business days.
Credit Card Payments:The amount will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase. It may take 7 to 14 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on the policy of the card-issuing bank.
